Anis gedeiht auf gut durchl\u00e4ssigen sandigen &#8211; lehmigen Gartenb\u00f6den. Sie braucht n\u00e4hrstoffreichen Boden an einem sonnigen Anbauort. Wir s\u00e4en sie im April im Freien. Es vertr\u00e4gt kein Umtopfen und Eindringen in den Wurzelbereich. F\u00fcr die medizinische Verwendung sind nur getrocknete Samen geeignet. Tee aus den Samen hilft bei Magenkr\u00e4mpfen und Problemen mit dem Verdauungstrakt. Die Kerne werden als Gew\u00fcrz f\u00fcr viele Gerichte, Lik\u00f6re, Kompotte und Desserts verwendet.
